Invite and partner terms

The short version

• Invite a friend: every Kenveil account has one invite code, for up to two friends. A friend who has never bought Kenveil saves 20 % on their first license. Once their order is paid, you get 30 days of Kenveil on your account.
• Partner program: join from your account and get a partner code. Buyers with your code save 10 %. You earn 30 % of what each of your first ten sales was paid, and 10 % of every sale after that. With your tenth paid sale you also get two Lifetime licenses.
• Commission is paid out in cryptocurrency to a wallet you own, once a sale is 14 days old and from €20.

Who can take part

You need a Kenveil account. You take part as yourself: one account per person, and only codes from your own account. The operator named in the imprint runs both programs.

Invite a friend

Your invite code works for two friends. A friend is someone who has never bought a Kenveil license before, with an email address or account that isn’t yours. Their 20 % comes off the price of that first order. When the order is paid, a license for 30 days is added to your account, for one PC, starting that day. An order that is never paid, is cancelled or is refunded doesn’t count, and an unpaid order gives its invite back when it lapses.

The partner program

What counts as a sale. An order made with your partner code that is paid and not cancelled or refunded. Orders you make yourself, or for yourself, don’t count. Test payments don’t count.

What you earn. A percentage of what the buyer paid for the order, after all discounts: 30 % for your first ten sales, 10 % for every sale after that. When your tenth sale is paid, two Lifetime licenses (one PC each) are added to your account. You can use them or give them away; you can’t sell them.

When you earn it. Commission is fixed when a sale is paid. It becomes payable 14 days later, after the window in which a buyer can ask for a refund. If an order is refunded after that, we may take its commission off a later payout.

Payouts. From your account you ask for everything payable in one currency to be paid out, at least €20 (or the same in another currency). You choose the coin and give the address of a wallet you own; we send the payout by hand, usually within seven days, at the exchange rate of the day we send it. Network fees are on us. Check the address: a payout sent to the address you gave counts as paid.

Taxes. Commission is income. You are responsible for declaring it and for any tax on it where you live.

What isn’t allowed

• Spam: unsolicited messages, comments or posts that push your code.
• Claims Kenveil doesn’t make: about what it does, about prices, or that you speak for Kenveil.
• Paid ads on the name Kenveil, fake reviews, or coupon and deal sites that list your code without your own content.
• Buying with your own code, through other people or other accounts, or anything else meant to earn without a real buyer.

If you break these rules we can remove your code, hold or cancel commission earned through the abuse, and close your participation. We tell you why in your account or by support ticket, and you can reply.

Changes and ending

We may change the rates, the offers or these terms for sales made after the change, and we announce changes in the changelog and in your account at least 14 days ahead. Commission already earned keeps the terms it was earned under. You can stop sharing your codes at any time. If we end a program, commission already payable is still paid out.
