How buying works today
Bought in Discord, from a person.
Checkout on this site isn’t ready yet. Until it is, the Kenveil team sells licenses in the Kenveil Discord, one private ticket at a time.
Open a ticket
Join the Kenveil Discord and open a Buying a license ticket. Tell us the term you want and how you would like to pay.
Get payment details
Someone from the team replies in your ticket with payment details. Tickets are private: only you and the Kenveil team can read them.
Receive your key
Once your payment is confirmed, your key arrives in the ticket and by direct message. Your term starts when the key is issued.
A key starts with KNVL, followed by four groups of six characters.
Activate it in the app
Sign in to Kenveil on your PC and enter the key. The same key works on up to 3 PCs.
A payment went wrong, or you want a refund? Open a Payment or refund ticket. A person reviews every request. Read the refund policy.
Never post card numbers in Discord. When you need help with a key, share only its first and last characters, never the whole key.

How many PCs can I use one license on?
Up to 3. A PC joins your license when you activate your key on it, and you can see and release your PCs in the app’s Settings.
Can I move my license to a new PC?
Yes. In the app, release the PC you no longer use (you confirm with your password), then activate your key on the new one. You can do this yourself 3 times in 30 days, but not within 24 hours of the last time. Beyond that, the Kenveil team reviews the request.
Does Kenveil work offline?
Yes, for up to 72 hours at a time. Your PC keeps a signed license lease, which Kenveil renews every hour while it runs and is online. Scans need a connection, because the Kenveil server reads the public sources for you.
Is there a free trial?
No. There is no public trial, and creating an account doesn’t include a license. If you want to try Kenveil first, the 30-day term includes every tool.
When does my term start?
When your key is issued, not when you first activate it. A 90-day key issued today runs for 90 days from today. Lifetime keys have no end date.
What happens to my data?
Everything Kenveil keeps is listed in the Ledger, with where it lives, how it is protected and how long it is kept. You can export all of it as a JSON file, or delete your account, in the app under Settings → Account. Deleting your account destroys your account key, so everything encrypted with it becomes unreadable.
Can I get a refund?
Every refund request is reviewed by a person. Open a “Payment or refund” ticket in the Kenveil Discord with your order number, or the date and amount of your payment. The refund policy has the details.
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged in your Discord ticket: tell us how you would like to pay, and the team replies with payment details. Your key is delivered once the payment is confirmed. There is no checkout on this site yet. Never post card numbers in Discord.
Do you sell my data?
No. Kenveil makes its money from licenses. This site has no trackers or analytics cookies, and the Ledger shows everything the app keeps and why.
Which versions of Windows does Kenveil run on?
Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit (x64). Kenveil installs for your Windows user only and needs no admin rights. See the full system requirements.
