Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sibert Heineking, Thämannstraße 6, 18574 Garz/Rügen, Germany, telephone +49 38304 156147, email sibert@kenveil.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://kenveil.com/withdraw. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

When the right of withdrawal ends early

A Kenveil license key is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Your right of withdrawal ends before the 14 days are over once we have begun supplying it, that is once your license key is issued, if you expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period ends, you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirmed both to you on a durable medium. The checkout asks for this agreement in its own box, and your receipt confirms it.

You can also send us your statement by email or by post, in your own words or with the model withdrawal form at the end of this page. Our email and postal address are in the imprint. Whichever way you choose, tell us your name and your order number so we can find the order quickly.

Getting your money back

When we receive a withdrawal that is in time and covered by the right of withdrawal, a person at Kenveil confirms it to you and arranges the refund. You get back everything you paid for the order, within 14 days, the same way you paid and without fees: a payment by card or another method through Stripe goes back to that card or account; for a crypto payment we agree the receiving address with you. The license key from the order is deactivated when the refund is made.

It is on your order page, on your receipt (Download receipt, next to your order) and, if you bought while signed in, in your account under Orders.

Refunds outside the right of withdrawal

If your right of withdrawal has ended, for example because your key was issued at your request, you can still ask for a refund. The refund policy explains how a person reviews every request, and your statutory rights if Kenveil does not work as described stay as they are.
